I wanted to make something that cannot hang in a gallery and maintain its meaning…
and which manumits the "readymade" by restoring its everyday function without denying it value or participation in art [fully sic].

Some might argue this work is the natural successor to my first foray into readymades untitled (2005), given how hanging things on that work caused such an amusing kerfuffle in Corporate Australia.
